# Elvis Gospel

Elvis Gospel is an international fan club registered at Graceland and officially recognised by Elvis Presley Enterprises. We celebrate Elvis Presley's Christian faith and share the Gospel message that meant so much to him.

## About

Elvis Presley was born and raised in the Bible Belt of the USA. He read his Bible and prayed regularly and was very knowledgeable about spiritual matters. Elvis and his parents were baptised in Memphis by Reverend Rex Dyson. Elvis believed in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and expressed his faith through gospel music throughout his career.

Elvis did not like being called the King. He would always respond by saying: "No honey, there is only one King and that is Jesus Christ."
